What we expect
- Experience in B2B sales (permanent or temporary recruitment, outsourcing, HR services, or other professional B2B services aligned with your specialization)
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment projects
- Communicative level of English
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve recruitment and sales goals
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Category B driving license

Your tasks
- B2B sales development in your dedicated specialization – actively acquiring new clients, negotiating, consulting, and developing long-term, trust-based partnerships
- Networking – attending top industry events, conferences, and job fairs
- Recruitment and project coordination – running recruitment processes independently or supported by Delivery Center recruiters
- Market expertise – staying up-to-date on your niche, writing expert blog content, sharing insights with your team
- Activity reporting – maintaining clear visibility and regular updates in CRM and ATS systems
