SALES & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ah, the thrill of coordinating a project from A to Z. On-site meetings, surveys and measurements, as well as creative problem-solving are part of your nature. You’re always willing to find the best solution for your clients, nursing them with the right samples or marketing material and calculating feasible price estimates. Oh, and we’re never too cool to pick each other’s brains around here, so surely you will consult colleagues and other departments along the way.
No doubt communication is key: briefing your colleagues of the production, transport and installation team while discussing all details with your client. Even after the sale, because they will all be keen to share their feedback. You would never miss a chance to optimise your and our way of working, right? Customer satisfaction for the win! And because we are an international company, expect to communicate daily in Polish and English!
CURIOUS HOW WE SEE YOU?
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
A degree in communication, business social or commercial sciences, theatre studies, textiles or design? Interesting! In addition, you have at least a first experience in first-line customer contact in hospitality / tourism / events / architecture / interior / … Of course, we will love you even more if you can blow us away with your technical interests and ability to visualise objects or spaces. Nobody is perfect, so we are eager to get you fully trained at our head office in Belgium.
PERSONALITY AND SKILLS
You speak Polish and English fluently, how else will you pull off those communication and commercial skills? But are there any other languages you can surprise us with? A good knowledge of German or Ukrainian is certainly a big plus!
As a quality-oriented and resourceful person, you can organize your work and priorities autonomously. That’s because it’s in your DNA to coordinate an entire project and to get the job done in, at times, a short deadline. Your optimism and hands-on mentality always stand strong, even in stressful situations!
You’re driven, as well as eager to learn and capable of accurate administrative work.
