Job Description:
Reaching out to potential customers
Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest
Developing and updating training materials and work instructions
Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Addressing and solving complex issues
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
Strong understanding of supply chain management
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B1)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills with internal customers
Experience in customer interaction is a plus
Experience in training and creating knowledge bases is a plus
