For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for a Sales and Order Management Specialist with French.

Your responsibilities

build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty,
manage the end-to-end order process, including handling inquiries, returns, and transport-related issues,
oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy of customer master data,
respond to client feedback and resolve complaints to improve the customer experience,
proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via calls and emails to generate new business opportunities,
collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.

Employer requirements

minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a sales, order management or supply chain related role,
understanding of sales, order management or supply chain management and related processes,
proficiency in English and French at a B2 level is required,
experience with ERP systems and proficient in MS Excel,
knowledge of CRM tools is a plus,
strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders,
ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively,
strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
