Job Description:
Reaching out to potential customers and building long-term, trust-based relationships
Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest in products or services
Solving complex problems with a proactive and analytical approach
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure prompt issue resolution
Creating and maintaining training materials and instructional documentation
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
Excellent command of German (C1) and good command of English (B1)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of supply chain management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills when working with internal stakeholders
Customer service experience is a plus
Experience in training delivery and knowledge base creation is an advantage
