Help workshops discover PilotGos potential

PilotGo is an AI assistant for automotive workshops. It takes care of what people dont have time for: answering phones, scheduling clients, ordering parts, tracking jobs. This makes the workshop run faster, clients are taken care of, and mechanics have more time for actual work.

Were growing. More and more workshops are jumping on board — and we need someone to help us manage this growth. Someone who likes building from the ground up, but also feels comfortable in conversations, relationships, and sales. Someone who likes technology, and likes people even more.

We work together from our office in Gdansk — intensively, dynamically, without unnecessary procedures. Results matter, not form. If you want to build something groundbreaking in a tight-knit, open team — welcome aboard.

Who are we looking for?

Were looking for someone who:

• Is disciplined and consistent — can set a goal and actually deliver it
• Likes people, likes talking, and has no problem with phone contact
• Can showcase a product and sell its value — without pressure, but effectively
• Understands technical basics — onboarding isnt rocket science, but you need to think
• Has no problem visiting a workshop in Gdynia, Gdansk, or Sopot when needed
• Is open to new technologies and doesnt cling to archaic solutions
• Learns quickly, handles chaos, and doesnt need daily reminders of what needs to be done
• Has a passion for startups and wants to be part of a global adventure

What will you do?

• Make contact with workshops — including by phone
• Conduct onboarding — together with the client, step by step, until everything works
• Support workshops (and workshop networks) in implementation and daily work with PilotGo
• Independently decide what actions and tactics work best in each case
• Collect feedback and pass it to the product team
• Ensure that PilotGo really helps the workshop and translates into success in their daily work
• Coordinate passing client requests to second-level technical support

• Discipline and consistency — you can plan, deliver, and stick to agreements, even when no ones watching
• Genuine sympathy for people — you like working with clients, talking, helping, building relationships
• Sense of humor and ease — were a good fit if you can laugh (including at yourself) and dont take the world too seriously
• Technological savvy — PilotGo is a modern tool, so its good if you know your way around the internet
• Good organization and communication — you handle your affairs and can communicate clearly
• Independence and initiative — you dont wait for someone to plan your day — you take the topic and deliver
