Job Description

• Managing the team responsible for sales and marketing
• Building and implementing the marketing and sales strategy of the company in line with business objectives
• Responsibility for managing P&L
• Analyzing and evaluating sales results
• Planning and managing the budget
• Monitoring the industry market and exploring new avenues for the companys development
• Fostering the development and motivation of the team members

The Successful Applicant

• University degree (medical or related field; management or marketing preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in team management and leadership positions related to strategy development in a pharmaceutical company
• Very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
