Job Purpose Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator and office manager to be based in our Warsaw office 5 days per week. This role will support our sales and marketing teams on different promotion activities and education initiatives dedicated to surgeons in the operating room.

What you will do:

• Support with organising company events or conferences, coordinating internal document workflows (i.e DocuSign).
• Cooperate with external event agencies responsible for trade shows and scientific events organisation.
• Support the development and execution of marketing and branding materials.
• Work with our marketing agencies to help deliver content and supporting materials.
• Maintain our promotional materials database, prepare, and create materials for various events.
• Translation coordination for digital and promotion items.
• Office administration and management.

What you will need (job requirements):

• Experienced in sales and marketing administration.
• Customer focused, a team player, with a positive self-starter proactive attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously, capable of independently generating, prioritising and completing work.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, DocuSign).
• Business fluent in Polish and English.
