Your new role
Do you enjoy switching between creative marketing tasks, structured sales processes, and keeping the office running?
If so – we might have just the role for you. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant for our client. This isn’t your typical assistant job. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from campaign coordination and client communication to office operations and reporting.
Marketing & Communication:
- Coordinate production of marketing materials (print, POS, gadgets)
- Create banners and visuals based on brand guidelines
- Update website content and collaborate with external agencies
- Manage marketing approvals
- Coordinate content modules and translation requests
- Support brand consistency and visual identity
Sales Support: - Assist with sales operations: stock reporting, pricing updates, data accuracy
- Coordinate internal and external communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and field staff
Office & Administrative Tasks: - Manage reception, mail, and courier services
- Support contract signing and archiving (including via DocuSign)
- Organise meetings, conferences, and guest visits
- Oversee office supplies and fleet service coordination
- Handle documentation flow (contracts, invoices, reports)
- Prepare basic financial and operational reports
What you'll need to succeed
- 1–2 years in an assistant or coordinator role in a commercial setting (sales/marketing)
- Experience in project-based tasks (e.g. office or risk management)
- Exposure to clients and understanding of sales/marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), databases, Google Analytics
- Fluent English (spoken and written), Danish is a plus ;)
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, combined with strong self-organization and task prioritisation, eager to learn and grow, quick to absorb new knowledge, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.
