Currently, we are filling spots for the 2026 summer internship. On average, 1–2 out of every 10 interviewed students are selected.
Each summer, approximately 1,250 students from 220+ universities participate, including 550–600 from Europe. This 3-month paid internship in the USA is designed for ambitious students who want to gain entrepreneurial, leadership, and cultural exchange experience. Interns run their own businesses, selling educational products directly to American families, while receiving world-class sales and leadership coaching.
Requirements
- Full-time student status. This program is exclusively designed for full-time college and university students. Ideal candidates are those with work experience in their home country who wish to elevate their skills by working abroad. We also welcome individuals with previous international work experience looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to stand out among their peers.
- English skills at level B1 or higher are required. If your work, academic, or sports achievements are above average but your English falls short of B1, we can assess your language skills to determine eligibility.
- A strong commitment to hard work and study. Candidates are expected to have a history of academic success that demonstrates their ability to work diligently through materials and meet deadlines.

- Comprehensive product and sales training in English, along with one-on-one mentorship from experienced sales managers. Youll receive over 100 hours of preparation before your first day on the job.

This allows you to connect with like‑minded students and successful business owners and leaders from various countries. - The chance to gain managerial and leadership experience after your first summer in the program. Participants who demonstrate above‑average results can apply for different positions in the following summer, each offering unique challenges, opportunities, coaching, and skill development.
