Sales and Distribution Specialist, Management Consulting Analyst with SAP (ICH Europe)

Accenture Poland is looking for an experienced Management Consulting Analyst to drive business transformation projects for Fortune Global 500 industry clients. The role focuses on sales and distribution processes within heavy machinery, industrial suppliers, and consumer goods sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation projects as a Management Consulting Analyst / Project Manager for Fortune Global 500 industry clients.
• Provide expert process knowledge and manage the project organization, team, budgets, schedules, risks, and communication, including workshops and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate business requirements into specific IT and system solutions, support business and IT teams, and analyze data to prepare reports.
• Drive industrial sector change toward automation, AI integration and new business models.

Qualifications

• Higher education, minimum bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience working for industrial clients in areas such as sales operations, order management, distribution planning, and customer service.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end Order to Cash process, including quotation, order entry, delivery scheduling, invoicing, and returns.
• Experience with AI tools supporting sales forecasting, pricing optimization, and customer analytics.
• Business experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or similar systems, preferably as a key user, trainer, implementation team member, process owner, or product owner.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile).
• Excellent communication skills in English, German as a plus.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini).
• Jira and Confluence tools are welcome.
