Responsibilities
- Building and managing an international sales team
- Actively and independently looking for business clients and provide in-depth research on potential business opportunities
- Creating a strong leads’ pipeline and turn prospects into clients by an effective combination of outreach methods via phone, email, social media, video calls or even in person meetings if needed
- Building your own network of contacts
- Maintaining effective and long-term business relationships with clients and taking care of their needs
- Conducting business meetings and negotiating contract terms
- Preparation of offers and processing of commercial contracts
- Responsibility for achieving the assumed results as well as business and sales goals
Qualifications
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills( min 3 years)
- Understanding how to ask needs-based questions
- Your outreach process is fully and well structured. You know exactly when and why you are taking particular steps
- You know how to use many different techniques and tools when reaching out to new clients, making follow-ups, (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media channels CRM system)
- You are consistently trying to get in touch with relevant decision makers
- You feel great during cold calling and cold mailing
- Good knowledge of the HR market
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in Polish and English languages
- Proactive attitude and willingness to look for solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Focus on achieving goals and success
- Ease of establishing relationships and business contacts
