We are recruiting for one of the leading alcoholic beverage companies in Poland, specializing in the distribution and sales of top brands in the market.
Your responsibilities
Analyzing pricing policy and margins - assessing profitability by sales channels, customers, and products
Creating sales forecasts and demand analysis for products
Supporting Key Account Managers in planning sales strategies based on historical data and market trends
Monitoring actual performance vs. budget and forecast, preparing recommendations
Evaluating promotional activities effectiveness (pre- and post-analysis)
Collaborating with the sales team and preparing presentations for the management board
Employer requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis, financial controlling, or business planning
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Power BI are a plus)
Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions supporting business decisions
Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
Knowledge of P&L and discount policy (even if you havent worked in pricing but have financial knowledge, its a good start)
Very good English proficiency (min. B2)
Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
Experience in FMCG is a plus
