Currently, we are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team in Poznań.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and distributing sales reports
- Assists with Field Sales Team Target production
- Assisting with Bonus Reports at appropriate periods of the year
- Assists with sales number analysis
- Assists with the development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Assists with analyses/enhances the impact of promotional events through analytics
- Support Senior Sales Analyst with CRM alignment activities
Training
- Assist with the delivery of Training
- Collaborative working with Sales Training Ambassadors
- Assist Senior Sales Analyst with Sales Operations alignment activities
- Assist Senior Sales Analyst in planning the yearly/quarterly field sales strategy/activity
- Assist Senior Sales Analyst with setup on Chip Tap
- Excellent Polish and English verbal and written communication skills required
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a similar role
