For our client, one of the largest and most renowned Polish cosmetic companies and brands, we are looking for Sales & Business Development Manager.

• Market research, definition of potential sales channels, competitors, financial structure of the market, level of investments etc.
• Creation of a sales strategy or business plan for sales of beauty products
• Research competitors and beauty buying trends (market analysis, from online research to visiting industry events and major beauty shows)
• Negotiate and close business deals with clients who are interested in cooperation
• Building vision of market development, phases, stages etc.

• Creativity & Business Building Skills demonstrated ability to identify and develop key business needs of varying customers
• English C1, additional language is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and build relationships
• Results oriented
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Interest in cosmetic procedure market
• Ability to travel
