As a Sales & Rent Representative at Magis Real Estate, you’ll play a key role in renting out our properties in Poznań and strengthening our community.
What will you do?
As a Sales & Rent Representative, you’ll be the face of our rental process, ensuring tenant satisfaction. Here’s what your responsibilities look like:
Your Tasks
Relationship Management:
You’re the point of contact for our tenants and stakeholders. You manage rental contracts, handle terminations, and are always available for questions.
Attracting New Tenants:
You make sure our properties get the attention they deserve! This includes advertising on social media, websites, and CRM systems, as well as engaging in cold acquisition, attending networking events, and (hosting) business mixers.
Managing Rental Transactions:
Once a tenant agrees, you ensure all documents are accurately prepared and entered in the system.
Organizing Key Transfers:
You coordinate smooth and efficient key handovers with colleagues and tenants.
Organizing Events:
Your creative input strengthens our community by organizing tenant meetings or other events.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
You keep a close eye on market trends, analyze opportunities, and contribute actively to strategies to prevent vacancies.
Innovation and Collaboration
Represent our organization at trade shows, networking events, and other gatherings.
Contribute ideas for new, creative ways to improve our rental processes.
