We are looking for a Sales & Product Training Consultant who will play a key role at the intersection of Life Science, Sales Enablement, and IT-powered learning systems. This position focuses on designing and delivering global digital training programs that support product innovation, sales performance, and technology-driven knowledge transfer.
You will work closely with global stakeholders, product managers, sales teams, and IT systems to ensure that training solutions are effective, scalable, and data-driven.
Remote work is possible, with occasional visits to the office in Wrocław (about once a month).
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute a global digital training strategy for sales teams and channel partners.
- Design and develop training programs and learning content in cooperation with Global Product Managers, Sales Trainers, and Regional Teams.
- Coordinate new product launch training programs using digital learning platforms and tools.
- Continuously optimize training processes - from needs analysis to evaluation and performance measurement.
- Define and monitor training effectiveness KPIs, using data and reporting tools.
- Update and adapt training materials in line with product evolution, market changes, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams on LMS platforms, analytics tools, CRM integrations, and automation workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in training, enablement, or project management within global or matrix organizations.
- Strong ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- High level of digital literacy and comfort working with IT systems, learning platforms, and data tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience working with Data analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or cloud-based tools in training or sales processes.
