Our client offers:
- Salary 7800 pln/gross plus sales bonuses - unlimited.
- Flexible start of work (7 a.m.-7 p.m.).
- Min. 4 max 10 hours a day.
- Full time 40 hours a week.

- Fluent Romanian, min. on C1 level or higher.
- Fluent English, min. B2.
- Excellent communication skills - building structured and detailed answers, answering to the point, building good rapport with the interlocutor, good energy.
- Sales skills or potential for sales - not being afraid to call strangers, easy to communicate, eagerness to learn (sales experience is not a must).
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Good understanding of targets/goal driven personality - understanding what targets are and pressure that may come with them, motivation to achieve goals.
- Analytical skills - candidates might struggle during the training and then on the job if they do not know how to analyze charts/data etc.
- Computer literacy - MS Office and Google tools.
