The company is scaling its operations in Warsaw and is now looking for a Sales & Marketing PMO Manager who will support strategic commercial initiatives and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the global sales organization.

Sales & Marketing PMO Manager


In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership to coordinate and deliver projects that strengthen global Sales and Marketing capabilities. You will support the integration of processes, tools, and best practices across different regions and business lines.

Your work will focus on improving collaboration between sales, product management, and other commercial functions. You will also take part in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, lead management, and the efficiency of the company’s go-to-market approach.

  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Development role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital marketing or lead management tools.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, segmentation, or forecasting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and marketing/sales automation solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and work with diverse international stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
