Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high‑performing sales and marketing team of 3.
- Craft a winning sales strategy, drive significant revenue growth, and establish strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement a sales mission, vision, strategy, budget, and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
- Build a solid lead pipeline, foster relationships globally with existing and future customers, and prioritize target markets.
- Manage marketing activities and lead B2B customer contract negotiations.
- Lead and inspire the sales team by fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture rooted in a growth mindset.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Create, plan, and implement sales mission, vision, strategy, budget, and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
- Actively engage in business development and sales activities, build a solid lead pipeline with your team, and foster relationships globally with existing and future customers.
- Develop strategic business plans, prioritize target markets, manage marketing activities and drive B2B customer contract negotiations.
- Lead and inspire the Sales team by fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture rooted in a growth mindset.
Qualifications for the Role
- Completed university degree, preferably in a technical field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Profound B2B sales experience in Internal Logistics, Warehousing, Automation or Robotics industries.
- Good knowledge of material handling processes, tools, and software is preferred.
- Proven track record in successfully leading teams.
- Analytical attitude with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% – 30%.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
The work model for this role is hybrid. The preferred candidate is located in an EU time zone.
