Sales & Marketing Manager – Oncology
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales & Marketing Manager – Oncology to join our team in Poland.
In this role, you will lead the commercialization strategy and execution for our Oncology portfolio, ensuring the successful launch and sustainable growth of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders to strengthen Er‑Kim’s position in the Oncology field and deliver on our mission of bringing innovative therapies to patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth for the Oncology portfolio in Poland.
- Lead and manage promotional campaigns, market research, and brand positioning initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, institutions, and opinion leaders.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to maximize commercial impact.
- Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and market access teams to ensure compliant and impactful product communication.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Support the development of field force capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Sales and/or Marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oncology.
- Strong understanding of the Polish pharmaceutical market, and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
