Job Description

What will your typical day look like?

• coordination of the quotation process for SISCO customers (intercompany)
• managing the processing of customer orders in cooperation with the Technical Department and the Strategic Purchasing Department
• input of customer orders into the ERP system
• reporting on the status of quotations and customer orders
• monitoring the shipment process and sales to customers
• support of the logistics complaints process
• liaising with intercompany customers and other departments within the company

What do we want to know about you?

• higher education (technical or logistics profile preferred)
• several years of experience in a similar position
• experience in working with ERP systems
• knowledge of MS Office, in particular a good command of Excel
• communicative English
• accuracy, regularity, responsibility and punctuality in carrying out assigned tasks
• ability to work in a team and communication skills
