We are currently looking for Sales Advisors to join the opening of our first store in Warsaw, Poland, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core.

Key responsibilities:

• To always put our customers first! You work actively to increase sales and contribute to creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store while always supporting your team.
• Keep updated and share information on size, fit, materials, garment care, the story of our products and styling options with customers.
• Processing our customer transactions at the cash desk.
• Receiving and processing our deliveries.
• Helping to prepare our Season Sales and regular seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

To be successful in the role as Sales Advisor, we believe you are a team player with a proactive and helpful approach, fostering collaboration and collective success. You have a positive mindset, where you are eager, optimistic, and motivated when interacting with customers and colleagues. You are flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs, and can take initiatives to independently and effectively address customers’ needs. In addition, you are communicative and socially confident, fostering a positive interaction with colleagues and customers.

What you need to succeed:

• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
• Previous experience within retail, merchandising, and/or customer service.
• Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fashion, quality, and sustainability, and takes ownership of their responsibilities to drive sales.
• We also value reliability, flexibility, and availability on peak customer days, such as Fridays and weekends.
