Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The main challenge of this role is to contribute to an efficient order-to-cash process with many different customers and various departments.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Entering purchase orders into SAP accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored in SAP.
- Sorting out order‑related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
- Being part of the continuous improvement society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken, min. B2).
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Strong customer orientation and service‑oriented work.
- Good understanding of complex business processes.
- Experience in a similar position will be an asset.
