Overview
Midis Group is looking for an Account Manager to join our Barracuda team who will be accountable for promoting the company products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing/potential partners. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes and champions marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong monthly sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales activities and revenue targets
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined sales territory
- Work with channel partners to extend reach and drive adoption of Barracuda solutions
- Work with distribution partners to develop channel recruitment and enablement campaigns
- Develop a network of specialist VARS focused on the cybersecurity and storage markets
- Develop a territory plan and strategy to drive key sales objectives
- Deliver effective sales demonstrations and presentations
- Articulate compelling value propositions for Barracuda’s solutions
- Understand and effectively present/deliver ROI models
- Own and co-manage responses to RFPs, RFIs
- Communicate customers’ needs and issues to product management
Position requirements
- Strong analytical skills that enable the development of a complete sales cycle including software demonstrations
- Strong C-level/board-level communications skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on customer success
- Good business acumen, experience with basic contracts and pricing
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is recommended
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Evidence of a structured solution sales approach
- Must be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
- Excellent communication skills in face-to-face and remote interactions via telephone, online collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Zoom) and e-mail
- Fluent Polish, communicative English, and communicative Hungarian is welcome
- Work from the office in Warsaw and in the field
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Business Administration, Sales or any other related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience selling Networks, Cybersecurity or Storage IT solutions to large B2B customers in Poland and/or Hungary
- Proven "hunter” background with a track record of consistent over-quota performance and top-tier company ranking
- Excellent networking skills and a network of contacts in the cybersecurity industry in Poland and/or Hungary
- Experience working with resellers to co-sell and fulfill through
- Both direct and in-direct sales experience
