Position Overview
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong monthly sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales activities and revenue targets
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined sales territory
- Work with channel partners to extend reach and drive adoption of Barracuda solutions
- Collaborate with distribution partners to develop channel recruitment and enablement campaigns
- Build a network of specialist VARs focused on the cybersecurity and storage markets
- Develop a territory plan and strategy to hit key sales objectives
- Deliver effective sales demonstrations and presentations
- Articulate compelling value propositions for Barracuda’s solutions
- Understands and presents ROI models effectively
- Own and co‑manage responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Communicate customers’ needs and issues to product management
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills enabling full sales cycle development, including software demonstrations
- Excellent C‑level / board level communication skills
- Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a customer‑success focus
- Business acumen with experience in basic contracts and pricing
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Structured solution‑sales approach evidenced by track record
- Highly motivated, positive attitude and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated with a serious work ethic
- Fluent communication in Polish, English, and Hungarian preferred
- Willingness to work from the Warsaw office and in the field
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience selling Network, Cybersecurity, or Storage IT solutions to large B2B customers in Poland and/or Hungary
- Proven “hunter” background with consistent over‑quota performance and top‑tier company ranking
- Excellent networking skills and a network of contacts in the cybersecurity industry in Poland and/or Hungary
- Experience working with resellers to co‑sell and fulfill through partners
- Both direct and indirect sales experience
