We operate in a fast growing travel industry with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City. Our team of more than one hundred people keeps expanding and building the next generation premium air travel platform.
We are looking for energetic, motivated sales professionals who are fluent in English and enjoy the world of travel.
What you will do
- Qualify incoming prospects to turn them into business opportunities
- Identify client travel needs and match them with the right company solutions
- Present product options and guide clients through the booking process
- Provide outstanding customer care to ensure great experience, loyalty, and referrals
- Build long term client relationships and become a trusted travel partner
- Work in a team of 4 to 6 agents together with a team leader
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Work in time alignment with the US time zones (4 PM to 00:00 CET)
What you bring
- Fluency in English
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Motivation for professional and financial growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to stay focused and positive in dynamic or high pressure situations
- Experience interacting with US based customers or teams is welcome
