We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, implement, and optimize customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
This role focuses on integrating enterprise data sources, building unified customer profiles, enabling real-time insights, and supporting personalized customer experiences across Salesforce platforms.
Mid level: 150 - 200/h netto plus vat na b2b
Senior level: 200 - 250/h netto plus vat na b2b
responsibilities :
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud data models, including Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Calculated Insights
Integrate data from internal and external sources (like CRM, ERP, web, mobile, marketing platforms) using connectors, APIs, and ETL tools
Configure identity resolution, data harmonization, and profile unification rules
Develop Calculated Insights using SQL and data transformations
Enable data activation to Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance
Monitor data ingestion performance and troubleshoot data pipeline issues
Support personalization, segmentation, and AI-driven use cases (e.g., Einstein, real-time personalization)
Document technical designs, data flows, and best practices

Documented projects using Salesforce Data Cloud
Background in Salesforce architecture along with best practices
Proficiency in data modeling, working with Data Model Objects (DMOs) and Data Lake Objects
Ability to create schemas, sitemaps, etc., for the website using the Web SDK from Data Cloud
Capability to manage data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration
Good knowledge of integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification – required
