Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join a team working on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform enhancements.
Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk (Hybrid work model, 1 day per week from the office)
Remuneration: 150 - 160 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

responsibilities :
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ, supporting platform development and enhancements
Work within an Agile team to expand IAM platform capabilities and coverage
Drive and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define and implement improvements
Capture, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Write user stories and maintain process & functional documentation
Support testing activities and validate delivered features
Monitor production deliverables to ensure quality and stability
Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of IAM services
requirements-expected :
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Solid understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts
Experience applying IAM solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Entra ID, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of IAM processes, including:
Identity lifecycle management
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Access requests
Certifications
Understanding of IAM best practices and security principles
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience with testing and validation of IAM solutions
Fluent English (spoken and written)
