The client is a Swiss company that manufactures rail vehicles
Basic information:
Location: 3 days a week from an office in Warsaw, Poznań, or Siedlce
Rate: 80-125 PLN/hour net + VAT (the client will consider higher rates)
Job type: B2B contract
Duration: min. 12 months + extensions
Recruitment process: 2 stages
English: B2+/C1
Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client
Scope:
• Responsibility for the vehicle safety process
• Development and/or verification of functional safety documentation for the vehicle
• Configuration management of safety documentation
• Conducting technical discussions with other teams, subcontractors, regulatory authorities, or the customer
• Supporting the resolution of service-related issues
• Preparing bid documentation
Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering—preferably in automation and robotics, mechatronics, or computer science
• Knowledge of vehicle engineering or functional safety—preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in vehicle engineering or functional safety in any industry
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Skills in creating FTA / FMEA / FMECA analyses will be an asset
• Knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129, EN 50657, or EN 50716 standards will be an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (DOORS NG or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of the ITEM ToolKit for creating FTA analyses is a plus
• Very good written and spoken English
• Good written and spoken German is a plus
• Ability to work in a team, consistency in completing tasks, and creativity
• Willingness to travel for work (expenses covered by the client)
• Class B driver’s license
