We are currently looking for a Safety and Health Specialist to join our team in Poland. This is a fully on‑site position based in our Warsaw office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workplace health & safety programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Organize and monitor employee training in occupational health, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Liaise with occupational health providers to schedule mandatory medical check‑ups and monitor employee fitness for work.
- Maintain documentation and reporting related to workplace accidents, medical examinations, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Understanding of Polish H&S regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in a global or international role, preferably in a tech environment.
- A safety‑first mindset with a genuine commitment to protecting employee health and wellbeing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of H&S governance.
- The ability to work as a primary liaison with occupational health service providers globally.
