We are seeking an experienced SAFe Solution Train Engineer to join our customers, a leading consulting, technology services, and digital transformation company.

Project information:

• Office location: Warsaw
• Remote work: Yes - once per week visit to the office.
• Budget: B2B 140 PLN/net/h + VAT
• Start date: ASAP/ depending on the candidates availability

Project scope:

• Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of Program Increment (PI) planning for multiple teams, ensuring clear technical goals, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare solution backlog.
• Synchronize activities across teams, promote collaboration, and resolve dependencies, risks, and challenges.
• Oversee PI execution, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Organize and lead a system demo at the end of each PI, with a focus on demonstrating technical integration and functionality of solutions.
• Monitor key metrics such as delivery performance, value realization, and system health to ensure effective Solution Train operation and value delivery.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to system integration and technical complexities across teams. Implement strategies to mitigate dependencies and technical challenges, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of integrated solutions.
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategy, architecture, and feature development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience working in SAFe framework.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and change management abilities.
• Ability to connect business needs with technical possibilities.
• Experience in project portfolio management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Coaching skills for RTEs and other leaders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of Lean principles and their application in product development.
• Knowledge of DevOps culture and its impact on software delivery processes.
• Basic knowledge of systems architecture can help in better understanding technical issues.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks.
