responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of Program Increment (PI) planning for multiple teams, ensuring clear technical goals, schedules, and deliverables
Prepare solution backlog
Synchronize activities across teams, promote collaboration, and resolve dependencies, risks, and challenges
Oversee PI execution, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Organize and lead a system demo at the end of each PI, with a focus on demonstrating technical integration and functionality of solutions
Monitor key metrics such as delivery performance, value realization, and system health to ensure effective Solution Train operation and value delivery
Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to system integration and technical complexities across teams. Implement strategies to mitigate dependencies and technical challenges, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of integrated solutions
Close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategy, architecture, and feature development
Co-definition of solution architecture
