S4 HANA Manager - Plan to Produce - Consumer Goods practice

You will lead S/4HANA‑enabled transformation programmes for manufacturing and production planning, collaborating closely with executive leaders and driving best‑practice solutions across our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes – specialising in manufacturing and production planning
• Designing end‑to‑end solutions and ensuring all deliverables produced by your team are consistent with best‑practice design principles, standards and methodologies
• Leading client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and providing SME knowledge in your chosen area of expertise
• Building end‑to‑end solutions based on client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is required
• Deep expertise in MRP, recipe management, production planning and material management

Qualifications

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C2) and English (C2), with a willingness to travel
• Demonstrable experience delivering S/4HANA‑based solutions in PP/Shop floor system architecture, and MRP
• Integration with best‑of‑breed applications is desirable
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation
• Flexibility, adaptability and a process‑improvement mindset
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the consulting services arena
