Join us and work as: Passenger Support in Italian

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting passengers, supporting them with travel difficulties, and providing information via incoming calls/chat/e-mails on the following topics: baggage, booking tickets, rescheduling flights.
2. Handling complaints.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Italian on a communicative level (min. B2).
2. Ability to operate Windows operating system and MS Office package.
3. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards working with people.
4. High personal culture and customer orientation.
5. Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
6. Availability to work from the office (Szczecin, Posejdon).
