• We are looking for a highly experienced Rust Tech Lead to drive the development of a next-generation data platform for molecular diagnostics. The system is built using a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture, leveraging Domain-Driven Design (DDD), the Actor Model, and event sourcing.
• You will operate within a SAFe Agile environment (Agile Release Train), working closely with architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in short iterations. As part of the leadership trio (Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner), you will shape technical direction, enforce standards, and promote an AI-enhanced development approach across the team.

• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and engineering best practices across the Rust development team
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design a scalable, distributed system architecture within the ART setup
• Lead development activities across Agile iterations, including planning, refinement, and delivery
• Ensure alignment with technical standards, system architecture, and quality processes (QMS)
• Drive built-in quality through test-first practices (TDD/BDD), code reviews, and automated testing strategies
• Oversee system integration and CI processes across multiple teams to ensure smooth, continuous delivery
• Promote the use of AI development tools (e.g., code assistants, automation) to improve team productivity and code quality

• Proven background in a technical leadership role within complex software projects
• At least 6 years of proficiency in Rust and modern systems programming concepts
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including React and frontend-backend integration
• Expertise in API design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Familiarity with event-driven and event sourcing architectures, as well as container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude) and advanced automated testing practices
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
