To work successfully on projects you need:

• Commercial experience of 1 year or more
• Strong knowledge of Rust
• Understanding of client/server architecture
• Experience with one of the web frameworks (Tokio, libp2p)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• B1+ conversational English

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Substrate
• Experience developing and deploying smart contracts
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, distributed systems and decentralized applications
• Familiarity with decentralized solutions for identity, tokenization and wallet integrations
