About the project

Rublon’s research and development activities on securing access to applications will enable us to build innovative solutions for passwordless multi-factor authentication. By leveraging web proxies and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles, we are creating technologies that transform how enterprises provide secure, seamless, and user-friendly access to business-critical resources.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize secure, high-performance software in Rust and C++.
  • Contribute to components related to passwordless authentication in TypeScript.
  • Build secure and scalable solutions for web proxies, reverse proxies, and communication layers.
  • Prototype and validate new ideas by creatively combining modern technologies.
  • Participate in architectural design sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Deliver clean, maintainable, and secure code following industry best practices.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in software development with Rust, C++, and/or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with web proxy and reverse proxy concepts.
  • Strong ability to create innovative solutions with modern technologies.
  • A genuine interest in information security and secure software design.

Optional

  • Experience with Python.
  • Knowledge of FIDO2 / Passkeys and passwordless authentication.
  • Understanding of software application security.
  • Familiarity with web servers and system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., Docker).
  • Background in penetration testing or offensive security.
  • Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
