Who Were Looking For
- Solid experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- A sense of ownership - you hold yourself accountable for what you build and ship
- Strong self-organization skills - you can manage your own priorities, work independently, and follow through without constant oversight
- Familiarity with Python is more than welcome
- Interest or experience in AI tooling - working with LLM APIs, building AI-powered workflows, or orchestrating AI agents - is a nice to have
- Experience with ElasticSearch is a nice to have
- Knowledge of ReactJS is a nice to have
