Profile Overview

DeployHQ is looking for a motivated Developer with Rails and React experience to join our dynamic team. This role combines development work with light support duties, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while working on a real-world SaaS product.

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain features using Ruby on Rails and React
• Handle customer support tickets (max 2 hours per day)
• Collaborate with the development team on various projects
• Work on both frontend and backend tasks
• Practice version control using Git and GitHub
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Debug and fix issues across the application stack

What You bring to the table

• 1-3 years of development experience
• Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Good communication skills in English
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience with MySQL or similar databases
• Basic Linux/Ubuntu knowledge or bash scripting experience
• Previous experience in customer support
• Understanding of deployment processes
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Understanding of CI/CD technologies and industry trends
