We’re looking for a Ruby on Rails Engineer who values clean code, collaboration, and technical ownership. You’ll join a cross-functional team responsible for developing our flagship product used daily by thousands of entrepreneurs.
responsibilities :
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
Develop and optimize REST APIs for internal and external services
Work with PostgreSQL and ensure application performance and reliability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams
Take part in defining quarterly goals and product direction
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Experience in REST API development
Good understanding of web application security principles
Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
Fluency in Polish
Curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn
