responsibilities :
Continuously improve and evolve the core backend services that power our platform to meet business and product needs.
Participate in technical design discussions to define the best approaches and trade-offs for implementing new features and capabilities.
Apply and champion best practices in software development, including writing clean, maintainable code, testing, and ensuring high performance and scalability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Content, SEO) to ensure a collaborative, product-focused engineering environment.
Play an active role in optimizing and scaling our global products, focusing on performance, observability, and improving development and team efficiency.

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.
Deep understanding of backend development, databases, and system integrations.
Experience working within cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development processes, working iteratively to meet product and business objectives.
