About The Role:

We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Software Engineer proficient in Ruby on Rails who embrace solving complex challenges on a global scale.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full-stack features within existing Ruby on Rails codebases.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality code.
• Work closely with other developers to integrate back-end functionality with user interfaces.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience delivering full-stack features in large Ruby on Rails applications.
• Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS (developer level).
• Proficiency in MySQL and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Datadog or Prometheus.
