RTR Team LeaderMiejsce pracy: Gdańsk

Responsibilities:

• Managing, mentoring, supporting, overseeing, and performance-managing a team
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the system
• Guaranteeing the proper allocation of costs to business units, including calculating and posting accruals
• Overseeing daily RTR operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Overseeing the posting of cashbook entries and investigating unidentified items
• Preparing and resolving discrepancies in month-end reconciliations
• Analyzing cost and balance sheet data to support business units
• Monitoring KPIs to assess the teams performance
• Preparing, updating, and reviewing operating procedure documentation
• Identifying and implementing process improvements

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
• Proven experience in the Record to Report process
• University degree in accounting or finance
• Practical knowledge of English on at least C1 level
• Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of Ms. Office
