Join a Growing Financial Shared Services Center in Katowice!
Our client, a well-established company in the logistics and supply chain industry, is currently launching a new Financial Shared Services Center in Katowice as part of its ongoing growth and transformation. We are now looking for a RTR Team Leader to join this exciting journey from the very beginning.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the transition of financial processes, and later contribute to their transformation and optimization.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across RTR function, ensuring professional growth and operational excellence
- Supervise daily operations in compliance with Local GAAP, Group Finance policies, and agreed SLAs/KPIs
- Act as the first-line contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding RTR matters
- Oversee and support day-to-day operations and periodical group reporting
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and documentation (SOP reviews, efficiency initiatives, error reduction)
- Analyze KPIs, identify root causes, and implement improvement actions
- Support audits and internal controls
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback
- Lead or support transitions, projects, and ad‑hoc initiatives
Employer requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in RTR
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- Strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations
- Experience in BPO/SSC environments is essential
- High analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, VBA macros) and MS PowerPoint (presentations with results)
- Very good command of English (min. B2)
