As the Manager – GBS RTR Local Tax & Statutory Reporting, you will be responsible for driving excellence in statutory financial reporting and local tax compliance across the Record-to-Report process. You will oversee the preparation and filing of statutory accounts, ensure adherence to local GAAP and regulatory requirements, and maintain audit-ready documentation to safeguard compliance. This includes managing Group-to-Local GAAP reconciliations, coordinating external audits, and ensuring timely submission of direct and indirect tax returns.
You will also lead initiatives that enhance data quality and operational efficiency, leveraging digital tools and analytics to streamline reconciliations, automate reporting, and strengthen internal controls. By embedding governance and standardization across regions, you will reduce exceptions, mitigate compliance risks, and enable accurate , timely statutory reporting. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding Reckitt’s control environment while supporting transparency and regulatory compliance—advancing our OneReckitt GBS ambition.
