Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate VAT/WHT data preparation and filing of VAT/WHT returns, ECSL and statistical reports (Intrastat) in compliance with local and international tax laws
• Verification of invoices for 8/13 Directive (Foreign VAT Reclaim Procedure)
• Tax account analysis and reconciliation
• Collaborate with accounting and external advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting
• Follows tax laws and regulations to stay current with changes
• Support other functions within organization around tax matters
• Ad-hoc support for internal and external audits including documentation
• Maintain and update tax databases and documentation
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• University diploma: Finance & Accounting or Law
• At least 1 year experience in Tax area (practical knowledge)
• Practical knowledge of accounting/financial reporting
• VAT/WHT declaration knowledge
• VAT Expertise (European Union, 8/13 Directive)
• SAP FI experience
• Very good command of English
• Strong co-operation skills
• Customer orientation
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• CV/Resume required
• Must possess permit to work in Poland
