Obowiązki

• Execute and support period-end closing activities in accordance with established timelines and accounting standards.
• Monitor the progress of the closing cycle and coordinate with Finance Controllers and Process Owners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and process complex General Ledger journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and allocations.
• Manage the reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Process fixed asset entries and monitor related transactions and budgets.
• Generate and deliver operational reports to support financial insights and business decisions.

Wymagania

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Record-to-Report (R2R) area or similar finance function.
• Fluent Spanish and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and period-end processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to independently manage and prioritize daily responsibilities.
• Proficiency in using standard finance tools and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
