RTR Specialist with French

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks such as Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidations, Month end close activities, fixed assets.
  • Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements.
  • Identify and execute transformation projects.
  • Prepare documentation and maintain updates.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Understand relevant F&A Processes.
  • Follow documented procedures; understand client processes; be an active team player with good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level; essential for client communication.
  • Minimum 2 years of F&A experience of General Ledger.
  • University graduate.
  • Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools.
  • Specialist Knowledge in one or more areas of RTR as priority.
  • Good accounting skills, with ability to analyze the accounts that expenses are hitting.
  • Independent working in a non-structured environment.
  • Prior experience in process improvement projects.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement projects.
  • ERP experience mandatory (MS Dynamics would be an asset).
