RTR Specialist with French

Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks such as Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidations, Month end close activities, fixed assets.
- Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements.
- Identify and execute transformation projects.
- Prepare documentation and maintain updates.
- Ensure quality of deliverables.
- Understand relevant F&A Processes.
- Follow documented procedures; understand client processes; be an active team player with good communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level; essential for client communication.
- Minimum 2 years of F&A experience of General Ledger.
- University graduate.
- Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools.
- Specialist Knowledge in one or more areas of RTR as priority.
- Good accounting skills, with ability to analyze the accounts that expenses are hitting.
- Independent working in a non-structured environment.
- Prior experience in process improvement projects.
- Proven experience in leading process improvement projects.
- ERP experience mandatory (MS Dynamics would be an asset).
