Responsibilities

• Coordinating and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial data for audit and compliance purposes
• Managing complex audit queries across multiple accounting areas, ensuring clear and well‑supported responses
• Liaising confidently with auditors and cross‑functional stakeholders on both statutory and GAAP requirements
• Serving as a subject matter expert in key accounting areas, including fixed assets, leases, intercompany, cash, revenue, loans & investments, compensation & benefits
• Presenting audit findings and process walkthroughs in a clear, concise, and structured manner
• Proactively identifying potential audit risks or process gaps and collaborating on effective mitigation plans

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience with a fast‑growing multinational company or professional services (e.g. Big 4)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline; recognized accounting qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA) is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Self‑starter with high ownership and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to break down complex issues, frame clear problem statements, and align on solutions with stakeholders
• High level of accountability, independence, and attention to detail
• Project management skills are a plus
