As GPM Product Specialist, you will be part of the Global Process Management (GPM) team and part of the respective cross-stream finance product team. As GPM, we are providing support to our sites all over the world. You will contribute to the E2E process, working together with Process Consultants and Product Specialists from other functions on E2E process.
As GPM Product Specialist, you are a Subject Matter Expert in your field in the area of respective financial product, which covers finance process and its supporting technology. Your main responsibility is to support the product owner and product team to continuously increase product value on a daily basis. You will guard, improve and expand the Global template of the product. You will maintain the product, serve as an expert and help key-users solve issues or redirect them to the right person for further support. You will be continuously looking for improvements and driving them to streamline and optimize the E2E-process. You will also be supporting reporting requests from various stakeholders for them to be able to follow up on process performance and compliance.
