• You will be responsible for RtR process with focus on GL, Records, Closing, Statutory reporting, Statutory cost management.

• Ensure compliance with Global Standard Processes and support process design and optimization (MS D365).
• Contribute to ERP rollout activities and process walkthroughs.
• Identify process gaps, define requirements, and maintain process documentation.
• Lead training, communication, and change management for users.
• Build and support the super-user community and handle process-related queries.
• Assess system change needs and new features with Solution Architects/consultants.
• Evaluate change impact, manage change requests, and sign off releases.
• Define test scope, coordinate testing, and approve results.

• Solid experience within finance, finance processes and systems, business consulting, or related areas.
• Experience in continuous improvement or process roles within finance.
• Knowledge of finance operations and processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems. Knowledge of MS D365 or good understanding of ERP release management processes is beneficial.
• Communication, stakeholder, and change management skills.
• Experience in managing projects and change initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
